Check your inbox
Your Credit Rebuilder Program instructions arrive by email. That message contains everything you need to get started, so please check your inbox — including your junk or spam folder — for a welcome message from us.
Enrollment can take up to 72 hours to process. If you do not see anything straight away, set a reminder to check back in a few days.
Tip: mark our email as “Not Spam” and move it to your inbox so you do not miss future updates. Our emails come from support@720creditscore.com.

Your free credit review
Your membership includes a free review of your credit report. A qualified representative will look for errors and tell you whether any of your legal rights have been violated.
We will be in touch to arrange this. If you would like to book sooner, call 602-691-7570 or email support@720creditscore.com.

Open three new credit cards
Opening three new credit cards after a financial setback can give your score a meaningful lift. Credit works a little like a grade point average: you cannot erase past mistakes, but strong new credit reduces how much the old damage counts.
Be careful though — not every card helps, and some will set you back. Apply only for cards you have a real chance of getting: every application leaves a mark on your report whether you are approved or not. A secured card is usually the surest approval after a setback.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a loan? Will I receive money?
No. This is not a loan and you will not receive any funds. You pay a monthly fee, and in exchange your payments are reported to the three major credit bureaus as an installment account. Your membership also includes a free credit report review, lifetime access to 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score, priority access to our monthly Q&A calls, legal support and counselling, a student loan evaluation, and identity theft cleanup.
When are my monthly payments due?
Your monthly payment is due by the last day of the month. Payments are reported to the credit bureaus the following month.
Will payments be deducted automatically?
Yes. You entered your payment details when you completed the agreement, and your monthly payment is taken automatically.
What is the interest rate?
0%. There is no interest on this program.
When will my first payment appear on my credit report?
Credit reporting is not immediate. Allow up to 90 days from enrollment for your first payment to appear.
Your payment is reported the month after it is made. For example, if your first $39 monthly payment is made in February, it is reported in March. If you pay the setup fee in February and your first monthly payment in March, it is reported in April.
Who reports my payments?
Your payments are reported to the credit bureaus by Consolidation Capital. If more than 90 days have passed since enrollment and you still do not see the account on your report, please contact support.
When will my credit score start to increase?
Scores typically begin to improve after four to six months of consistent, on-time payments, though results vary with your individual credit history.
You may notice a small dip when the account first opens. That is normal. With consistent payments — and by working through 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score — your score should improve over time.
Will my credit be pulled for this program?
No. Every applicant is approved, regardless of credit score or income.
I am going to be late on a payment. What should I do?
Contact us on 602-691-7570 before your due date so we can talk through your options. Late payments may delay the improvement you are working towards.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments are due by the end of the month, and you have a 15-day grace period to bring the payment up to date. If the payment does not go through, you will hear from us at the beginning of the following month. If it remains unpaid at the end of the grace period we will cancel your membership, so that late payments do not damage the credit score you are building.
How do I update my payment information?
Call 602-691-7570 or email support@720creditscore.com and we will update your card details for you.
The program says month-to-month, but also 48 months. Which is it?
Both. The Credit Rebuilder Program is month-to-month, so you may cancel at any time. The default term is 48 months, and we recommend staying the course that long to get the full benefit — credit history is built by sustained, on-time payments.
If your score improves sooner, that is a good outcome. Contact us and we will cancel without penalty.
How do I cancel?
Call 602-691-7570 or email support@720creditscore.com. Cancelling before your sixth payment may mean you do not see the full benefit of the program.
Where can I pull my credit report?
Your membership includes a free credit report review, and the representative who carries it out will walk you through accessing your report at no cost.
When does my access to 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score begin?
As soon as your account is set up, generally within 72 hours of enrollment.
What if I am already enrolled in 7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score?
Your existing access continues uninterrupted, and you receive all the other benefits of the Credit Rebuilder Program on top of it.
Two people in my household want to enroll. Can we share an account?
No — credit reporting is tied to an individual, so each person needs to enroll separately.
I already have an installment account in good standing. Do I need this?
Possibly not. Ask yourself three questions: is your existing installment account in good standing, is your credit score improving as quickly as you want, and would this payment cause you financial hardship? If the answer to any of those is yes — particularly the last — please do not enroll unless you want the other membership benefits.
I am not receiving your emails. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for messages from support@720creditscore.com.
If they are not there, email us at the same address to let us know. If you have a second email address, include it and we will try that instead.
